When my wife and I started our housing search, the most important things to us in finding a realtor was someone experienced, highly communicative and above all us, someone we could really trust with something this important to us. We didn’t know any realtors in the area so we spoke to a handful and eventually found Kate! She not only checked those boxes but throughout the process continually went above and beyond to help us find a house we love. She quickly caught on to what we liked, sent us all sorts of listings proactively, booked appointments on short notice and always shared her honest opinion on properties we looked at together. We could immediately tell she was good at her job and asked that she represent us as buyers. Kate was extremely professional, well prepared, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a great communicator and always responded to our questions and the seller’s agent promptly. I highly recommend her.
