    When my wife and I started our housing search, the most important things to us in finding a realtor was someone experienced, highly communicative and above all us, someone we could really trust with something this important to us. We didn’t know any realtors in the area so we spoke to a handful and eventually found Kate! She not only checked those boxes but throughout the process continually went above and beyond to help us find a house we love. She quickly caught on to what we liked, sent us all sorts of listings proactively, booked appointments on short notice and always shared her honest opinion on properties we looked at together. We never felt any pressure and Kate guided us through the process with ease, answering all our questions as we went (and there were a lot!). We can’t say enough about how great Kate is to work with, would recommend her to anyone!
